Do I need to prepare the ground or a gravel pad before delivery?
No — we can accommodate most any surface with leveling blocks if needed, or specialty anchors for larger buildings.
What payment options do you have?
Cash, check, local bank financing options, or rent-to-own.
How long does it take to receive my building?
It depends on how busy the schedule is, but most standard buildings are completed within 4–6 weeks or less.
Is there a charge for delivery?
Some buildings include local delivery in the price, while others require a delivery charge added to the price. We'll let you know upfront.
Do I need a permit?
You'll need to check with your local city or township — permit requirements vary by area. We do not provide permits.
What if I have a fence?
If you're purchasing a prebuilt building, as long as you have an opening wide enough for us to get the building through, we can in most cases maneuver it into place. If not, we also offer build-on-site options. If you're financing the building, there must be an access point large enough for us to retrieve it if needed.
